CULTIVATED IN THE HALF
OF THE WORLD

Cultivated in fertile soil with Andean volcanic ash deposits. The cold Humboldt Current flowing from Antarctica creates a temperature difference between day and night even in the lowlands, and more starchy substances accumulate, which are the source of the sweetness.
